Last Sunday September 25th, the Morales government ordered his riot police to sweep at shoots the camping organized in the city of Yucumo, Beni, by more than 2000 peasants of the peoples: Xirionó, Chimán, Yaracaré and Trinitario, who were at one side of the route resting after more than 43 days and 275 kilometers marching towards La Paz. The servant of imperialism, Evo Morales, represses the poor peasants to guarantee the construction of the railway at the service of the imperialist transnationals that plunder the continent. The COB bureaucracy and the Mining Federation put a true fence on the huge struggle of the peasants of TIPNIS. They turn their backs on them. They denied calling to a single fighting measure for peasants not to be isolated. It smoothed the way for Morales to launch the massacre. After that, they had to call for a strike but workers and peasants all across Bolivia despite and against the collaborationist COB bureaucracy won the streets and with a political fight imposed a true Revolutionary General Strike Let’s tell the truth: thousands of peasants and workers by forging the class alliance- that scares the bourgeoisie and bureaucracy- upraised all along Bolivia again following the fighting road against the “gasolinazo” of Evo Morales. Yesterday, in 2010, the war cry of masses against the gasolinazo at the service of the imperialist oil companies was: “Evo bastard, the wall is for you” and “Evo, Goni, the same crap!”; and today in 2011 as it could be seen in the banners at the head of the main demonstrations, the war cry was “Smash Evo government, genocide” and “Expel the transnationals”. If this great revolutionary day didn’t end up yet with the Morales’ head falling down like in Libya, Tunisia, and Egypt with Khadafy, Ben Ali and Mubarak was because the COB and Mining Federation bureaucracy and their sustainers-POR- prevented the Huanuni mining workers from marching. They prevent they from marching with dynamite in their hands and unifying the masses of the revolutionary El Alto where the war cry was: “Evo shakes, October is coming!”. Long live the revolutionary struggle of the working class and poor peasants! For the dynamite of the miner to return! For El Alto to return to be the “General Staff of the Revolution”!
Down with the pact between the MAS and the Cruceña oligarchy to whom the government guarantees the best lands! We must retake the road of 2003-2005 and forge the revolutionary worker and peasant alliance to defeat the counterrevolutionary pact of the Morales government and the fascist Media Luna blessed by the OEA! We must fight like the working class and masses in Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, and Chile!

“Everybody out, nobody left” of the murderous bolivarian governments- servants of imperialism! It is not new that Evo Morales stains his hands with worker and peasant blood; in 2008, he and his armed forces murdered two mineworkers in Caihuasi. He acted as his friend, Mrs. Kirchner, in Argentina, when in Villa Soldati, in 2010 thousands of Bolivian, Paraguayan and Argentinean workers occupied the Indoamericano Park fighting for decent housing. There, she and Macri, with their repressive forces murdered three workers, while Evo Morales treated those very workers as “criminals” and told them “go back to Bolivia where you will have your land”. MURDERERS! They cover their backs among them, because Morales and Kirchner are the chiefs of the enslaver bosses that keep million of immigrant workers working in “warm beds” factories and in construction in Argentina. All these guarantee by the traitors of the COB bureaucracy of Bolivia and their partners of the CGT and CTA of Argentina. This is the true face of the “Bolivarian” governments, servants of Obama, Wall Street and all the imperialist gangs! Morales, Kirchner and Chavez are like Gaddafi but in Latin America! They are partners of the Castro brothers that, together with Obama, are restoring capitalism in Cuba and are going to dismiss a million of workers! The “Bolivarians” are so anti-workers as the lackey governments of the FTA that in Chile with Pinera, supported by the Concertacion and the CP, came to kill Manuel Gutierrez! The working class and the exploited in Brazil must lead this fight, imposing a break to its organization –as Conlutas and the Intersindical, led by the PSTU and PSOL- with the scab bureaucracy of CUT and the lackey bourgeoisie. We need to confront the Dilma-Lula government that funds, on account of the imperialist transnational and the OAS, the route that takes away land of the peasants of the Bolivian Tipnis! In Argentina, from all the worker and student organizations in struggle, we must take over the streets with strikes, demonstrations to the Bolivian embassy, in the path to impose on the CGT and the CTA the national strike in support to our Bolivian brothers and sisters and all our demands. Let the parties that integrate the “Left Front” (Frente de Izquierda) and all the currents and organizations who call themselves from the working class break with its subordination to the “Bolivarian” and set up right now all their forces to the service of this fight! Enough of massacre and repression! Worker and popular trials to judge and punish all the murders of the Latin America working class! We need to organize an internationalist fight against the Bolivarian and the class-collaborationist bureaucracy! The working class stands up against the Bolivarian bourgeoisie that came to expropriate the revolution and the anti-imperialist fight of the masses of the continent, to guarantee the continuity of the imperialist plundering of our nations. In Bolivia the masses have said ‘enough!’, and they want the head of Evo Morales! The working class and the peasants of Bolivia have posed a path for all the working class of the continent in struggle against the Bolivarian bourgeoisie and the treacherous bureaucrats. The revolutionary masses are making true the motion of: “fight against the demagogy of the Bolivarian governments and the class-collaborationist bureaucracies” that the industrial workers of La Paz made in the CONCLAT (Congress of the Working class, met in June 2010 in Santos, Brazil), where currents as PSTU, PSOL, NPA and other renegades of Trotskyism denied to vote it to support the rotten bureaucracy of COB that supports the Morales government. In Bolivia, which today is burning due to the revolutionary sparks, all the leaderships who were in ELAC are trapped. This is because ELAC chose subordination to Obama, the Bolivarian bourgeoisie and the Castroite bureaucracy, imposed thousands of defeats to the left wing of the proletariat. They were the ones who call to vote for Morales, to count “10 million votes to Chavez”, the ones that submitted the US workers to Obama first with “everyone against Bush” and now with “all against the Tea Party”. The World Social Forum, Stalinism and the renegades of Trotskyism must explain to the world exploited ones why they support these governments of murders hated by the masses. Against all these leaderships servants of the Bolivarians, the exploited masses of Bolivia rose with hard work, in order to fight against Morales. They are not alone in this fight. Their allies, the Chilean working class and the students, with their more than 150.000 miners that were in strikes and the hundreds of thousands of students that occupy schools and universities at the war cry of “renationalization of the cooper to fund the free education and the decent wages”, have taken in their hands the fight that the Bolivian masses carried out in the 2003-2005 revolution. Out Gringos! Nor 30% or 50%, nationalization without payment and under worker control of the hydrocarbons and the mines! This fight must be transformed into a single fight against all the imperialist pirates, the anti workers governments and the lackeys that support them! It is necessary to stand up together with our class brothers and sisters from Bolivia and Chile, vanguard of the working class in the continent, against the Bolivarian government and the FTA, all servants of the butcher Obama! Down with the Mercosur, Alba, and the FTA, all at the service to the imperialist plundering! Down with the fake of “Bolivian Revolution”! For a revolutionary leadership to success! The renegades of Trotskyism, which are the “left” wing of the World Social Forum and the 5th International, tell to the workers from the continent that putting pressure to the governments such as Morales, Kirchner, Dilma-Lula, Correa, Chavez, so on, the workers can make real our dreams of work, land, health, wages and decent housing. Life proved the truth: nothing of this we got it. It is the reformist, the ones that called the masses to submit themselves to the ministers, the justice, the “historical verdict “,the anti-worker parliaments, the “Constituent Assemblies”, so on. They are the ones that today cannot talk at the eyes of the exploited ones, that as in Bolivia, they upsurge against the lackeys governments that they have supported and backed. None of these leaders called the Bolivian working class to fight as they are doing, and even less to fight with the methods of the revolution as today we fight in Libya, Tunisia and Egypt, the North of Africa and Middle East. The masses in Bolivia –who are 180 degrees opposite to the leaders grouped in the World Social Forum, the Stalinism and the renegades of Trotskyism- showing all their revolutionary energy make their own the revolutionary program of the 4th International. For this to move forward, it is necessary to conquer a internationalist revolutionary leadership, defeating the collaborationist leadership of COB and the policy of all the ones that support it, as POR, PSTU, PO of Altamira and its partner PTS, all centralized in ELAC, the World Social Forum and the 5th International. The Bolivian workers and peasants must make their own the fight against the “red police who are the dangers”, that are leading the exploited ones of the insurrected Chile against the Stalinist CP. This is the way against the traitors to the working class! Out the collaborationist of the worker organization of the continent! In order to take to success the Bolivian revolution, as a link of a single revolution that will rise into victory in the entire continent, from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego, it is necessary to give back to the proletariat the leadership that it needs and deserves.
